We remind all LKR members of your invitation to join us on the evening of Thursday, Nov. 24, 2022 from 7-9pm at The Park Bistro, Linlithgow. This is an opportunity for all LKR members to meet together socially, in comfort and warmth indoors, with refreshments, to update you on progress made by LKR during 2022 and to look ahead to plans and aspirations for your club for 2023. This is your opportunity to input to plans and to help to shape your club for the future! We’ll also celebrate the successes of our members in 2022 through the formal Prizegiving.
To all our junior members, please bring your parents with you, even if they are not currently LKR members. Everyone with an interest in, and support for LKR, is very welcome!
Please find below details of the formal part of the evening, with links to the 2021 AGM minutes and the 2022 Finance Report which Stephen will review with everyone on Nov. 24th. Everything else will be provided on the evening. If you are unable to attend in person you can arrange a proxy to carry your vote. If you need help with this, please let me know:
You are aware that LKR is managed by an elected Board of LKR SCIO Trustees of a minimum of 3 members, supported by a sub-committee. Currently we have 4 LKR SCIO Trustees (Stephen, Cecile, Derek, Jude) who are all willing to stand for re-election for a further year. For 2023 we actively invite and encourage you, our LKR members, to support the existing committee members to help us to further develop your club. There are opportunities and the need for others to be co-opted to the LKR SCIO Board and sub-committee to support core work & help with club development and events. You will have the opportunity to vote for all volunteers/nominees on the night:

- Head Coach – Derek Marshall
- Workshop 5 Beginners Co-ordinator – Jude Young
